OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Place of work: 3ACE Head Office – Brentford London TW8 9DW
Annual Gross Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Working Hours: 40 hours/week
Annual Paid leave: 20 working days + 8 bank holidays
 
Duties:
Reception, Office administration and clerical duties,
basic accounting tasks including invoicing & Bank payments.
 
Skills & Qualifications:
English language as mother tongue.
At least 5 years previous experience in a similar position.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills,
prioritisation and organisation skills, strong record keeping skills;
presentation skills; ability to multitask.
