Receptionist / Office Administrator
Place of work: 3ACE Head Office - Brentford
Working Hours: 40h/week
Gross Annual Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
Annual Paid leave: 20 working days + 8 bank holidays
Reception, Office administration & clerical duties,
basic accounting tasks including invoicing & Bank payments.
Skills & Qualifications:
English language as mother tongue
Knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage
At least 5 year previous experience in a similar position
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills,
prioritisation and organisation skills, strong record keeping skills;
presentation skills; ability to multitask.
